- Providing support & administration services for a team of Financial Advisers
- New business admin
- Adding & scanning documents to the back-office system
- Processing of adviser and provider documentation
- Obtaining illustrations
- Preparing client correspondence
- Maintain back office systems and client records

The successful applicant
- The ideal candidate will have a background in Financial Services
- Suitable backgrounds could include IFA Administration, Financial Adviser Client Support, Wealth Administration.
- Be well organised
- Good level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a positive team player
