An established financial planning and wealth management firm has an opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join their back office support team at their offices near Nuneaton.

Due to the ongoing growth of the practice this role will support a team of Financial Advisers who specialise in advising clients on a range of services including retirement and investment planning.

The role;
Providing support and administrative duties for Financial Advisers / Planners
Supporting new and existing business including investments and pensions
Obtaining quotes & valuations
Preparing documentation for client meetings
Submitting business
Responding to client enquiries
Liaising with providers and third party stakeholders
Updating back office systems

Candidate requirements;
The ideal candidate will have skills gained providing admin support to IFA’s or Financial Advisers
Be able to work towards deadlines and prioritise workloads
Be professional, organised and offer good communications skills both written & verbal
