TG Selection are exclusively working with an established Financial Planning firm to recruit an Practice Manager to lead and support operations. Teams include IFA admin and Paraplanning.
This excellent opportunity will suit a practice manager, ops or support team manager who enjoys managing and delivering positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of financial planning, and the ability to optimise operations contributing to the growth and success of our client.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of back-office administration including workflow allocation
- Day-to-day team management ensuring performance and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with senior management to implement initiatives, new processes and new systems/ technologies
- Maintain high standards of compliance
- Monitor team performance
- Organise training and development for team
Requirements
- Proven experience managing or leading back-office teams in financial planning / IFA sector
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and working in a collaborative environment
- Industry qualifications desirable
- A proactive approach with problem-solving and attention to detail
